Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
The taste of the salad will depend on the choice of chicken fillet. You can take boiled fillet or smoked, in both cases it will be delicious, but with boiled breast the salad seems easier. It's the same with mushrooms, if you like salads heavier and more satisfying, then mushrooms can be fried in vegetable oil.
Step 2:
Preparing a salad is not easy, but very simple. Cut the fillet into cubes and put it in a salad bowl.
Step 3:
Mushrooms are also cut into cubes and sent to the salad bowl.
Step 4:
Add a jar of corn to the salad.
Step 5:
Then diced pineapples.
Step 6:
Cut the olives into rings or half rings. Add to the salad.
Step 7:
Sprinkle with finely chopped parsley
Step 8:
And mix well. After mixing, add mayonnaise, sprinkle with lemon juice, mix again, try. If necessary, then add salt. As a rule, salting this salad is not required. I used salt only to boil the breast.
Step 9:
Serve the salad. If desired, you can decorate with mushrooms, olives, herbs. Bon appetit!
