Squid Salad with Red Caviar and Crab Sticks

  • First, boil the squid, then cut it into strips. Finely chop the crab meat, and shred the green cabbage very finely — you can even grate it, so it blends in better. Season everything with salt, toss well, and dress with mayonnaise. The salad is even more delicate dressed with sour cream, but that's up to your taste. Peel the eggs, halve them, and fill each half with red caviar. Serve your creation in a bowl lined with lettuce leaves, arranging the egg halves nicely on top.
