Dessert of cottage cheese with cocoa filling under chocolate. Cottage cheese candies in coconut chips under chocolate glaze are good for a children's holiday. They are prepared from homemade cottage cheese, without heat treatment, only cocoa powder with sugar is brewed. Such balls can be served as a separate treat, as well as decorate the cake with them.

For filling, you need cocoa powder, sugar, a pinch of vanilla and a little milk so that the mass is brewed. And for the glaze you will need chocolate and coconut chips. So, we take the number of all the listed products according to the list, in the end we should get 18 balls.

    In a small saucepan, mix cocoa powder, sugar, vanilla and 3 tablespoons of milk.

    Mix the cocoa mass and bring it to a boil, cook for a few seconds on low heat and let it cool down a little.

    Next, we knead the cottage cheese well with a fork or spoon. If desired, you can rub it through a sieve, depending on the quality of the cottage cheese. In any case, the cottage cheese should not be excessively moist.

    From the curd-chocolate mass, we form small balls, gaining weight with a teaspoon soaked in water. Each ball is immediately rolled in coconut chips.

    Spread the curd balls in coconut chips on a dish covered with parchment.

    We break the chocolate bar and place it in a saucepan from under the cocoa mass. Add 2 tablespoons of milk and melt over low heat, stirring.

    With a spoon, we put the melted chocolate on the curd balls, covering the tops, then put them in the refrigerator so that the chocolate glaze freezes.
