Cooking method
1. Rinse the rice with cold running water several times until it becomes transparent. For this dish, you can take rice of any kind based on individual taste preferences. Then transfer the already washed rice into a small saucepan and pour clean water. Add salt to your taste and put it on the fire. Boil the rice over moderate heat until cooked or until all the water is absorbed.
2. Next, transfer the rice to a wider dish so that it cools down.
3. Add salt to the minced fish to your taste and add a little ground black pepper. Mix it up.
4. Peel the onion, rinse and dry. Then finely chop the onion into cubes. Put half a piece of butter in a frying pan and melt it. Next, add the chopped onion to the pan and fry it over medium heat for 2-3 minutes until slightly golden brown.
5. Cool the fried onion. And then add it to the minced fish and mix the ingredients thoroughly with each other.
6. Turn on the oven to preheat to 180 degrees Celsius.
7. After the rice has cooled, beat one chicken egg into it and mix.
8. Prepare a deep baking dish - glass or ceramic. Lubricate the bottom and sides of the mold with the remaining piece of butter. And then sprinkle with half a portion of breadcrumbs.
9. Lay the layers of the dish. Put half a portion of rice on the bottom of the first layer. Next comes a layer of minced fish. And again the remaining half of the boiled rice.
10. Beat the remaining chicken eggs with milk with a hand whisk until smooth. And pour this mixture over the rice, evenly covering it over the entire area. Then sprinkle with the remaining breadcrumbs.
11. Put the dish to bake in the oven for about an hour.
