1. Hard-boiled eggs. This can be done in advance. Usually more than one dish is prepared for the holiday, for sure eggs will also be needed in other salads. Boiling eggs in advance for all the necessary dishes also saves time, even if not much, but still.
2. So, the eggs are boiled. We cut them into cubes. Crab sticks unfold. We'll put aside a couple of pieces, they will need to be sprinkled on the dish. Cut the remaining sticks finely.
3. Cucumber and green onion are washed, dried. Slicing wet ingredients is not recommended. We cut off the ends of the cucumber from both sides, peel it. If you ignore this moment, the salad will not be so tender. Then cut the cucumber into cubes. Cut the green onion feathers finely.
4. In a deep bowl, put crab sticks, cucumber, eggs, green onions. Grate the parmesan on a coarse grater, spread it with the rest of the ingredients. Parmesan is not the cheapest cheese, but replacing it with another hard cheese will not taste the same.
5. We fill the salad with mayonnaise, pepper to taste. Mix it up. Do not forget to add salt to the salad. Then we spread it on a flat dish. Crab sticks that were put aside at the beginning, grate on a fine grater. Sprinkle them on the salad.
6. Well, now it's time for the decor. We cut out the ears, tail and piglet from the sausage. We make eyes out of carnations. My radish, cut into thin circles. We spread it around the pig. Here you can show imagination and decorate with additional greenery.
