Cooking method
1. Garlic and onion are cleaned, garlic is passed through a press, onion is cut into cubes. Fry the onion and garlic in olive oil for 3-4 minutes.
2. Peel the radish, wash it, cut it large. Pork ribs are washed, cut into segments.
3. Spread the radish and ribs to the garlic and onion, also add the fish sauce, mix, cover with a lid, simmer for 10 minutes.
3. Pour water so that the ingredients are completely covered, cook for 10 minutes. In the process of cooking, remove the foam.
4. Add tamarind paste and salt to taste to the soup, continue cooking under a closed lid for 30-40 minutes.
5. I wash the tomato and spinach, cut the tomato into large pieces. When the meat becomes soft, add spinach and tomato, keep on fire for 5-6 minutes.
The soup is ready, you can serve it on the table without delay!
