Cooking method
1. Garlic, onions and carrots are cleaned, onions are cut into small cubes, carrots are cut into circles, garlic is passed through the press.
2. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan, spread the onion, carrot, garlic and farro, fry for about 3-4 minutes until the onion becomes soft.
3. Then pour dry white wine, keep it on low heat until it completely evaporates, then pour chicken broth, cook for 20-30 minutes. After the specified time, add green peas and grated parmesan, season with salt and pepper. The dish is ready!
