Bread Dough Pies

- Wash the liver, remove any membranes and veins, and boil it in salted water until fully cooked; then cool and cut into small cubes.
- Hard-boil the eggs as well, cool them in cold water, peel, and cut into small sticks.
- Peel the onion, dice it, and sauté in a little vegetable oil until soft.
- Combine the liver with the eggs and onion, season with salt and pepper, and stir together.
- Divide the dough into small balls; flatten each one into a round, add the filling, and pinch the edges shut.
- Fry the pies in vegetable oil on both sides until golden brown.
