Cooking method
1. The liver is washed, cleaned of films and veins, boiled in salted water until fully cooked, then cooled and cut into small cubes.
2. Eggs are also boiled, cooled in cold water, peeled from the shell, cut into cubes.
3. Peel the onion, cut into cubes, fry in a small amount of vegetable oil until soft.
4. Combine the liver with egg and onion, salt and pepper, mix.
5. We divide the dough into small pieces-balls, form a cake from each piece, spread the filling, pinch the edges.
6. Fry the pies in vegetable oil on both sides until golden brown.
