Cooking method
1. My m number ginger and garlic, finely chop or grate.
2. Pour oil into a frying pan with a thick bottom and fry our spices a little.
3. Chicken fillet is washed and lightly dried with a towel. Cut into cubes and send to the frying pan to fry with spices.
4. Bulgarian pepper is washed and cleaned from the peduncle and seeds. Pepper take red, green, yellow for brightness. Cut into long strips. We take the chicken fillet out of the pan and fry the pepper on it. Add the chopped onion and spread the fried pieces of chicken fillet on top of the vegetables. Salt and pepper to taste.
5. Boil the noodles as indicated in the instructions.
6. Transfer the noodles to the wok. Season with soy and sweet and sour sauce.
Stirring, cook for a couple more minutes.
