Creamy Dried Mushroom Sauce

    1. Wash the dried mushrooms and soak them overnight. Then tip them into a sieve and rinse again with water. Put them in a pot, cover with cold water, and boil until soft. Then finely chop them or run them through a meat grinder. 2. In a heavy-bottomed pan, melt a pat of butter, add the flour, fry it briefly in the butter, and pour in the cream. Season with salt and pepper to your taste. Add the mushrooms, stir everything together, and cook over low heat for 5 minutes.
