    1. Wash the mushrooms, lay them on a paper towel, and pat them dry a bit. Then cut them in half and slice thin. 2. Peel the onion and chop it very finely so it won't be noticeable in the sauce. 3. Melt the butter in a saucepan and lightly sauté the onion, then add the mushrooms and cook until the liquid evaporates. Add the flour and cook for a couple of minutes. 4. Pour in the sour cream and season with salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for 5 minutes over low heat, and the sauce is ready!
