  • So, let's get started:
  • — wash and dry the tomatoes and peppers;
  • — remove the seeds and membranes from the bell peppers, remove the stems, and cut them into quarters;
  • — peel the garlic and cut the stems off the hot peppers;
  • — cut the tomatoes into quarters;
  • — run the prepared tomatoes, garlic, bell peppers, and hot peppers through a meat grinder or grind them with a blender;
  • — wash the parsley and dill and chop them finely with a knife;
  • — add salt to the resulting mixture along with the chopped herbs, and mix;
  • — since this method involves no heat treatment, simply pour in the vinegar, add the sugar, mix the adjika, and spoon it into sterile jars.
