Cooking method
1. We clean the fish: cut off the fins, clean the insides, rinse under running water and cut into large pieces.
2. Put the prepared fish in a saucepan, pour water, cook for half an hour after boiling. Do not forget to remove the foam.
3. We put the finished fish on a dish, filter the broth and send it back to the pan, bring it to a boil.
4. Spread the diced potatoes in fish broth, cook over medium heat.
5. In a frying pan, we cook the roast: onions and carrots cut into small cubes are stewed in a small amount of vegetable oil for about 7-10 minutes.
6. Thoroughly wash the millet with hot water and send it to the broth. We also spread the roast there.
7. Cook over medium heat until the ingredients are fully cooked.
8. Salt and pepper.
9. Add finely chopped greens, boiled fish, lavrushka.
We pour the finished dish on plates and serve it hot on the table.
