Cooking method

Cooking time: 1 h 15 min

To make the soup fragrant, tasty and satisfying, cook it in chicken broth. Put the ham in a saucepan, pour water and cook until ready. Do not forget to remove the foam so that the liquid is as transparent as possible. Add bay leaf, pepper and salt to the broth.

The ham, cooked until fully cooked, is removed from the pan, add diced potatoes to the broth. In vegetable oil, fry the chopped onion, bell pepper and grated carrot, waiting for the vegetables to be gilded.

Let's start cooking dumplings. Pour flour, egg into a bowl, pour vegetable oil (0.5 tsp), put half of the chopped dill and parsley. Salt, pepper, mix. Pour a couple of spoons of broth into the resulting mass, and knead the dough well with a spoon. Add more flour until the consistency of the dough looks like thick sour cream.

Then spread the dough into the broth with a spoon. Pre-moisten a spoon in boiling broth. You can make dumplings large with a tablespoon or small - then use a teaspoon.

We put fried vegetables, finely chopped greens in the broth and cook for 3-4 minutes. We arrange the soup on serving plates and, armed with a spoon, proceed to lunch.

Bon appetit!
