Sunflower salad with mushrooms

Do you like mushrooms? Add them to your favorite salad and it will taste better! Our family is very fond of mushrooms and we often add our favorite ingredient to various recipes. Today I am sharing a recipe for a familiar Sunflower salad, supplemented with fresh mushrooms.

Cooking method

Cooking time: 3 h 20 min

Choose a wide dish, lay out lettuce and form a "Half-sun" on it from pre-prepared ingredients, smearing each layer with mayonnaise:

1. The first layer will be finely chopped boiled meat. You can take it to your taste – poultry, pork, beef. When the meat is cooked, do not forget to salt the water, add bay leaf and pepper.
2. Put the finely chopped mushrooms and onions fried in sunflower oil in the second layer. In the frying process, add salt.
3. The third layer will be finely chopped cucumbers.
4. The fourth layer is grated egg whites.
5. The fifth layer is put sliced prunes. Pre-soak the dried fruit in hot water for 20 minutes.
6. The sixth layer is grated hard cheese.
7. The final one is egg yolks grated on a fine grater.

All layers are smeared with mayonnaise except for the last one.

Now it remains to decorate the salad. Put chips on the edge of the dish, and olives in the middle.

Let the Sunflower brew a little (1-2 hours in the refrigerator) and start eating!
