Egg noodles with shrimp

Cooking method
1. Peel and wash the leeks, carrots and bell peppers.
2. Cut the peppers and carrots into cubes, and the leeks into rings.
3. Fry the chopped vegetables in a frying pan with sunflower oil.
4. Boil the broccoli and cauliflower inflorescences. Don't forget to add salt to the water.
5. Boil the noodles (follow the instructions on the package) in salted water and put them in a colander.
6. You can take the shrimp ready, but I, if time permits, cook them myself.
7. Combine noodles, fried vegetables, broccoli and cauliflower, add shrimp.
8. Mix and, if necessary, add salt.
