- Peel and wash the leek, carrots, and bell pepper. 2. Cut the pepper and carrots into cubes and the leek into rings. 3. Sauté the cut vegetables in a skillet with sunflower oil. 4. Boil the broccoli and cauliflower florets — don't forget to salt the water. 5. Cook the noodles (follow the package directions) in salted water and drain them in a colander. 6. You can use ready-cooked shrimp; I cook mine myself when there's time. 7. Combine the noodles, sautéed vegetables, broccoli, and cauliflower, then add the shrimp. 8. Toss together and add more salt if needed. Enjoy!
