1. Filling. Boil the shrimp in salted water until tender, peel. Leave a few pieces for decoration, chop the rest finely. Peel the squid, boil for 1-2 minutes in salted water. Cool, cut into small cubes. Finely chop the crab sticks. Boil the eggs and chop them finely. Combine shrimp, squid, crab sticks, red caviar and eggs. Season with mayonnaise and mix.
2. Fill the tartlets with salad, decorate the top with hearts of shrimp and red caviar and green leaves.
