- Pour water into a medium pot and bring it to a boil. 2. Drop the sprouted soybeans into the boiling water and cook for 1–2 minutes. 3. Drain the soybeans in a sieve. 4. In a separate bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, and soy sauce. 5. Add the toasted sesame seeds, paprika, and ground black pepper. Mix everything well. 6. Put the sprouts in a salad bowl, add the dressing, and toss again. Enjoy—and stay healthy!
