Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
We take red bell pepper, the size is average. If the pepper is large, then half is enough, I just used half of the pepper, and left half for decoration. We wash it, remove the stalk with seeds and cut it into thin long strips. We take a tomato that is not ripe and tight. We also wash and cut into strips: first with circles, and then with straws. While slicing tomatoes, we remove the seeds and the juicy part, leaving only the hard part.
Step 2:
We take crab sticks of good quality (that is, more expensive) so as not to spoil the taste and appearance of the salad. Defrost them and cut them into thin strips.
Step 3:
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Cheese should be bought of good quality: not a cheese product, but a full-fledged and well-ripened cheese.
Step 4:
Combine the prepared foods in a suitable bowl: tomato, pepper, crab sticks and cheese. Add chopped garlic and mayonnaise. Take mayonnaise with a fat content of 50%, and preferably homemade. The fatter the mayonnaise, the thicker it is.
Step 5:
Gently mix everything with a spoon. We taste it, you may want to add garlic. If everything suits you, then the salad is ready. It, like other dishes, is better to eat fresh. As a decoration, you can make a fish. I cut it out of the rest of the pepper: an oblong body, a lush tail and two fins. Decorated with mayonnaise.
Beautiful and themed salad with the poetic name "Red Sea" is a simple and delicious dish that can be prepared in 10 minutes. He looks very presentable and attractive. Among other dishes on the festive table, I want to try it one of the first. Do not deny yourself the pleasure of cooking and trying an easy-to-stomach and inexpensive salad.
