Cooking method
To prepare this dish, you will need a pack of funchosa, vegetables and seasonings. First you need to prepare the vegetables: peel the onion and cut into medium pieces, cut off the stalk from the bell pepper.
Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan, put the onion in it and fry it for a few minutes. Add the chopped pepper and fry for another 4 minutes, then remove the pan from the heat and cover with a lid.
In a separate bowl, pour boiling water over the shrimp and let them stand for 2 minutes. Discard the shrimp in a colander.
In another bowl, pour boiling water over the funchosa. After letting it stand for 4 minutes, flip it into a colander to drain the water.
Put the shrimp to the vegetables, put the pan on the fire. Fry the contents until an appetizing crust forms on the shrimp.
Add finely chopped garlic and ground black pepper to the pan, mix thoroughly. Now you can add funchosa, as well as salt (note that soy sauce is already salty, so you need to add salt in a small amount at this stage). Stir again.
Pour in the soy sauce, keep the pan on fire for another 5 minutes. Funchosa with shrimp is ready. Bon appetit!
