Cooking method
Put 100 ml of water on the fire and dissolve a glass of sugar in water. Bring to complete dissolution and boiling. Mulberry sort, wash. Mash with a wooden mallet so that the berries let the juice. We transfer the mulberry into a jar or any glass container, pour boiling syrup. Stir and leave to cool completely. The mulberry in the syrup should cool down to room temperature. Add vodka, mix.
Cover with a lid. Insist for 7-14 days in a cool dark place, stirring occasionally.
After 14 days, you need to drain the liqueur. Since mulberry has very small seeds, it is best to use gauze folded several times. Pour into a clean, dry bottle.
