Bean cream is better to prepare in advance. Scald the beans with boiling water, cut them. Put beans, cilantro, basil, lemon juice, salt, pepper in a blender bowl. Whisk until smooth. Cool it down.
Cook couscous. Add spices and olive oil.
Place the bean cream in a deep dish, carefully place the warm couscous on top through the ring. Put dried tomatoes and cilantro on top.
