Step 2:
Peel the apples from the seeds and peel, cut into cubes. Cook in water until soft.
Step 3:
Filter the broth, chop the apples with a blender or rub through a sieve. Add sugar to the resulting puree and bring to a boil.
Step 4:
Then, stirring, pour semolina in a thin stream.
Step 5:
Add the apple broth and cook for 10 minutes, stirring constantly.
Step 6:
Cool the mass to a warm state and beat with a mixer until a thick fluffy foam forms.
Step 7:
Pour into molds, decorate with currant berries (you can use any berries to your taste) and put in the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes. Optionally, when serving, you can pour any syrup.
