Semolina porridge with stewed apples on milk

Cooking method
Add semolina to boiling water, steam, pour milk, stir with a whisk so that there are no lumps.
Bring to readiness, salt, sugar and butter to taste.
Peel the apple and cut into cubes. Blanch the apple in water, adding sugar.
Add the finished apple to the finished porridge, stir, sprinkle with cinnamon.
Put the porridge in a plate, sprinkle almonds on top and garnish with mint.
Serve with sea buckthorn puree. To puree, punch sea buckthorn 50/50 with sugar in a blender and rub through a sieve.
