New Century Salad
This zesty salad is a real hit with the men in particular. What makes it special is the way it brings together meat, pineapple, and olives in perfect harmony. It's the first thing to vanish from the holiday table! And it's so easy and simple to make. Give it a try and see for yourself!
Cooking method

Step 1:
Gather the ingredients for the salad.

Boil the pork in salted water (about 1 hour).

Finely chop the onion.

Step 4:
To take the bite out of the onion, cover it with boiling water and add a spoonful of white vinegar; let it sit while you prep the other ingredients.

I used canned pineapple rings — chop them up however you like. Cut them small.

Cut the olives in half.

Drain the liquid off the onion, put all the chopped ingredients in a bowl, and add the canned corn.

Step 8:
Cut the cooked pork into pieces and add it to the rest of the ingredients.
