Step 1:
First you need to put the rice to cook. During this time, you can prepare the rest of the products. Cut the boiled chicken and canned pineapples into small identical pieces, chop the green onions.
Step 2:
Heat a large frying pan with 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil over medium heat. Put the onion, chicken and frozen green peas and fry for a few minutes until the onion is soft. After that, add the pineapples and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Pineapples should be slightly caramelized.
Step 3:
Beat 2 raw eggs and pour into the chicken-vegetable mixture, mix quickly. After 1-2 minutes, add the boiled rice, sugar, salt and spices. Cook for 3 minutes, stirring continuously.
Step 4:
Pour in the soy sauce, mix everything again and serve to the table. Bon appetit!
