Composition / ingredients
Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
The right ingredients.
Step 2:
Put condensed milk, milk and dark chocolate and butter in a saucepan.
Step 3:
We put the saucepan on a water bath (the bottom of the saucepan should not come into contact with boiling water!) and with constant stirring, let the mixture melt and become homogeneous. Attention! As soon as the chocolate begins to melt, stir actively, so that the chocolate does not overheat and does not go in grains! If it suddenly seems that the chocolate starts to overheat, we take the pan from the water bath and actively mix the mixture.
Step 4:
When melted, the mixture turns out to be very smooth, shiny, but thick enough. Add the roasted peanuts (you can replace them with other nuts if desired).
Step 5:
Thoroughly mixed.
Step 6:
Cover the form with baking paper. We spread the mixture into the prepared form and level it. We send it to the refrigerator until it completely solidifies.
Step 7:
In the finished form, the chocolate bar turns out soft and resembles a soft toffee.
Step 8:
Cut the chocolate bar into pieces and serve it to the table. Bon appetit!
