Cooking method
For your oatmeal in a jar, you need to choose the right dishes in advance. It should be a jar with a small lid, less than 0.5 liters. It's good if she's beautiful;)
So, before going to bed, we pour oatmeal into a jar, add milk, yogurt (you can replace it with kefir, yogurt, or do not put it at all). If desired, add any sweetener: stevia, honey, sugar - to taste. I don't usually do that.
And put the fruit. Very different: apple, banana, cherry, orange, strawberry, dried fruits.
Close the jar tightly and put it in the refrigerator overnight.
The beauty of lazy oatmeal is that it will taste different, it will depend on the fillers. I like banana most of all)) although I eat it infrequently, bananas are still high in calories ...
You can even add grated chocolate or cocoa. You can jam, jam, vanilla, cinnamon, etc. - it all depends on our imagination))
