Step 1:

Add two hundred milliliters of 33% cream, one teaspoon of vanilla sugar in parts to a container with cottage cheese and grind with a blender until smooth.

We put the cooked pasty curd mass of tender consistency in a deep bowl.

We put well-swollen gelatin in a saucepan and put it on the stove.
Step 14:
Heat the gelatin over medium heat of the stove until smooth, not forgetting to mix in the process.

Add gelatin to a bowl to the curd mass and mix with a spoon.
