Cooking method
To boil a turkey with vegetables will not be difficult even for a beginner, especially for a woman. To do this, cut the turkey meat into portions, rinse and put it in boiling water. As soon as the foam begins to boil, it should be removed and so on until the end of cooking. Then we peel the vegetables and cut them into small equal pieces and put them in a saucepan with water and meat. It will be necessary to cook the soup for about 1.5 – 2 hours, depending on the chicken. That is, if the chicken is young, then cook it for a little less than an hour, and if the old one will have to cook for more than 2 hours. Then add salt to the soup and cook until fully cooked. As soon as the vegetables are ready, we spread them in groups on a large dish and pour a small amount of broth from the pan, sprinkle with chopped dill or parsley. The broth can be served in a saucepan, and also prepare a thicker one, for this we add flour to the broth and boil a little until it thickens. This must be done after you pull out the meat and vegetables. And on the side dish we serve a salad of fresh tomatoes and cucumbers. Thanks to this culinary recipe, you will be able to please your household with excellent food. Bon appetit!
