Cooking method
Ribs, pre-marinated in a delicious sauce and toasted or baked until golden brown - truly a special treat for meat lovers and not only. The final taste of the finished product directly depends on which marinade is used and which components are included in it.
Consider the recipe for a universal sauce for marinade ribs, but it can also be used for other parts of meat.
To cook it, you will need honey. In order for it to mix better with other products, it is desirable that it be of a liquid consistency. Therefore, if the honey has thickened, it should be melted in the microwave or held in hot water until it becomes soft.
In a small bowl or deep plate, liquid honey should be mixed with soy sauce and Dijon mustard, stir everything into a homogeneous substance.
Peel garlic, divide into cloves and rinse them with cool water, dry with a paper towel. Next, put the cloves on a cutting board and cut very finely with a sharp knife. And then put the crushed garlic in a bowl with honey and the rest of the ingredients.
Add a little vegetable oil to the bowl for the future marinade and stir.
Then season the marinade with salt and ground black pepper to taste. With the amount of salt in this case, you should be careful, since soy sauce itself is very salty. Before pouring salt, it is better to taste the marinade itself.
Pour the ready-made sauce for the marinade of ribs into a tight sealed bag, where the pieces of pork were previously placed, and leave the meat to marinate for 1-2 hours. Ribs marinated in this sauce will be faster and easier to cook in the future. They taste juicy and tender with a sharp garlic flavor.
