  • Ribs marinated ahead of time in a delicious sauce and pan-fried or baked until golden brown are truly a special treat for meat lovers and others alike. The final taste of the finished dish depends directly on which marinade you use and what goes into it. Here's a recipe for a versatile rib marinade sauce, though you can use it for other cuts of meat too. To make it, you'll need honey. For it to mix more easily with the other ingredients, it should be liquid. So if the honey has thickened, melt it in the microwave or hold it in hot water until it softens. In a small bowl or deep plate, mix the liquid honey with the soy sauce and Dijon mustard until smooth. Peel the garlic, separate it into cloves, rinse them in cool water, and pat dry with a paper towel. Then put the cloves on a cutting board and chop them very finely with a sharp knife. Add the minced garlic to the bowl with the honey and the rest of the ingredients. Add a little vegetable oil to the future marinade and stir. Then season the marinade with salt and ground black pepper to taste. Be careful with the amount of salt, since soy sauce is already very salty. Before adding salt, it's best to taste the marinade itself. Pour the finished rib marinade sauce into a sturdy airtight bag where you've already placed the pieces of pork, and leave the meat to marinate for 1-2 hours. Ribs marinated in this sauce are then quicker and easier to cook. They come out juicy and tender with a sharp garlic flavor. Happy cooking!
