Pickled salmon is now on sale in stores, but it's not cheap and the taste is not the same. But at home you can cook yourself much better. Moreover, I will give one recipe, which at first glance is strange. because we will not marinate with vinegar, but with orange juice. The smell is just wonderful, the taste of such an irresistible fish. It can be served as with any side dish, just as simply with beer.

We buy salmon. But only fillets are better. If there are any bones, they need to be removed and the skin is left. finely chop the dill and knead the cumin and coriander with an ordinary bottle. It is not advisable to use a coffee grinder, because one powder will turn out. and it will give a slightly different taste than we would like. Now squeeze the juice out of the oranges, put on the fire and boil for half.

Now put a layer of fish in some kind of dish, add salt on top, sprinkle with spices and juice. Cover with a napkin and let it stand in a warm place for an hour, but no more. Now in the refrigerator for another five to six hours. When serving on the table, I cut into thin slices and put a lemon sliced next to it.
