Cooking method
And here is another salad recipe for 2013 - the year of the Snake. I think that the Cat will have something to eat here. Although this food may seem unusual to him, because it includes artichokes.
So, we take canned artichokes, if there are none at hand, then frozen ones are possible, but they should be lowered into boiling water for a few minutes. Tomatoes are cut into four slices each. We put the tuna in a bowl and knead it with a fork. Boil the mushrooms, you can dry them. Cut mozzarella cheese into strips.
Preparing the refueling. To do this, mix olive oil, vinegar, finely chopped basil and parsley in a separate bowl. In order for the oil and vinegar to mix well, it is better to make a dressing in a jar with a lid so that you can shake it well. Season all this with salt and pepper.
We cover a flat dish with lettuce leaves. We put minced tuna on artichokes, boiled mushrooms on top. We spread tomatoes around. We sprinkle everything with mozzarella cheese on top and fill it with dressing. If you think the dressing is too sour, then just sprinkle your salad.
