It is not necessary to peel the tomato from the skin, cut it into small slices. We take the Bulgarian pepper and remove the seeds from it. Half of the pepper is cut into small cubes. We do the same with red Bulgarian pepper. Cucumber is also not peeled from the skin, but immediately cut in half. We put all the chopped ingredients and pasta in a roomy salad bowl. Add ground black pepper, salt, mix the salad and season with oil. The dish is decorated with salad leaves, finely chopped, and sprigs of parsley. Enjoy your meal!
