Step-by-step cooking
Boiled chicken fillet cut into thin strips and marinated in mayonnaise for an hour in the refrigerator. I scald the washed tomatoes with boiling water and peel them off, squeeze the juice slightly with a fork, and chop the pulp into small pieces. I peel and very finely chop the onion. Chicken meat is mixed with tomatoes and onions, and then seasoned with vegetable oil. Sometimes I take olive oil, and sometimes I want fragrant sunflower. It all depends on the mood. I boil hard-boiled eggs, cool them, cut them and put them in a salad. I decorate the salad with tomatoes, parsley and herbs. Sometimes I crumble parsley finely, and sometimes I decorate with twigs.
The culinary recipe of this wonderful salad was told to me by a friend at whose party I tried this food and could not tear myself away. This salad has been successfully taking its place on my festive table for several years. It is also good because it does not take up space for long, because it is eaten almost instantly. This salad never gets boring.
