Boil the red lentils "by the tooth" (following the instructions on the package), without stirring, and throw them into a colander to drain all the liquid. Chop the onion into thin rings and scald with boiling water to remove the bitterness. Sliced bacon into thin slices is brought to transparency in a heated frying pan with one tablespoon of vegetable oil. Then prepare the salad dressing: mix lemon juice, 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil, sea salt and granulated sugar until smooth. Mix the lentils and onions in a salad bowl, adding the dressing. Decorate the salad with fried bacon and crumbled soft cheese. Lentil salad with onions is ready, bon appetit!
