Happy New Year Salad

Step-by-step cooking
Grate potatoes on a coarse grater.
Grate the eggs.
Cut cucumbers into small strips.
Cut the smoked chicken into strips.
Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
Mix mayonnaise with garlic squeezed through a garlic press.
Grate the peeled apple on a coarse grater and sprinkle it with lemon juice so that it does not darken.
Take a round flat dish and spread the salad in layers, smearing each with mayonnaise. You can pepper-salt the layers to your liking.

3 - chicken
4 - pickled cucumbers (second half)
5 - eggs
6 - grated apple
7 - grated cheese
