Cooking method
Have you ever tried a meal that is more than 50 percent made up of tomatoes alone? I hadn't tasted such a dish until last weekend. I tell you - on Sunday my husband and I were visiting our friends, where we were treated to tomato soup. This dish, I must say, is very tasty! And now I will tell you about the culinary recipe for making this soup. First, let's take tomatoes and wash them. Then we lower all the tomatoes into boiling water, soak in it for 10-15 seconds, take them out, remove the skin. To quickly remove the skin from the tomato, make a cross-shaped incision on its top.
Now cut the vegetables into 4 parts, and then cut into small strips.
Finely chop the basil.
Then pour olive oil, tomatoes, finely chopped basil into the pan.
Put the frying pan with vegetables on the fire and stir for about 10-12 minutes.
At the end of cooking, add finely chopped garlic, ground black pepper and salt to taste.
We pour the finished soup on plates and fill it with sour cream.
