I'm not quite sure, but this recipe, in my opinion, refers to French cuisine. This salad was taught to me by a friend, she likes to cook something unusual and her food always turns out to be simply magical. Salad with rice is prepared like this. Wash the rice, cook, 5 minutes after laying the rice, add saffron to it. cook the rice until cooked and let it cool. Lemon or cod, you can cut pollock into small pieces, pour lemon juice, leave alone for a while. Boil the meat broth with the addition of cloves, fennel, half a lemon, bay leaf, onion. It is not necessary to boil for a long time, literally 3-4 minutes. Then we put the fish in the broth and cook for ten minutes. When the fish is cooked, we take it out of the broth, leave it to cool. Then I wash tomatoes, greens. Cut tomatoes into slices. And we cut capers, olives, anchovies into pieces. Preparing the sauce. Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, turmeric and salt, add anchovies, capers, olives. We put the dried lettuce leaves on the dish, then the remaining salad components and pour sauce over them.
