Wash the potatoes under running water, and then put them in a saucepan, put them on the stove and boil them in a uniform in salted water until ready. After the time has elapsed, we cool it, peel it and cut it into medium slices. Put the sliced potatoes in a deep bowl, season with sea salt, ground black pepper and mix with vinegar and vegetable oil. Slide the resulting mass into a salad bowl, sprinkle with chopped dill and parsley. Add chopped green onions or chopped red onion rings to the salad to taste.
