Cooking method
I found the recipe for this salad recently in a book. A very tasty salad, the highlight of which is a dressing that combines the taste of all its components. Try the Swedish potato salad and feel the harmony of flavors. Supporters of healthy food, I recommend this salad to take note. Potatoes are cooked in a uniform, cooled, then peeled and cut into cubes. We do the same with beets. While cooking vegetables, we prepare the dressing: mix the yolks of fresh eggs with salt, granulated sugar and mustard. Then add vinegar and cream to the dressing, stirring each time until smooth. The salad is thoroughly washed, dried with a paper towel and cut into strips. Capers are cut into several parts. Mix the vegetables and season the salad. You can add sea salt and ground black pepper to taste. Swedish potato salad will look great on the festive table!
