Cooking method
Do you know that you can not only drink your favorite beer with pleasure, but also eat? The culinary recipe for beer soup has been known since medieval times. It is especially popular in Polish cuisine. Perhaps the name of this food - beer soup - may sound as strange and unthinkable as, for example, a garlic cake. But I personally really liked it, so I'm sure it will be enjoyed not only by gourmets and beer lovers! To cook it, you don't need any complicated ingredients. We will only need a good light beer, rye bread, butter, cumin, sugar and salt. We take a saucepan for soup, pour fragrant beer there, crumble bread crumb, add butter and cumin. Add salt and sugar to taste. Now we put the soup on the fire and bring it to a boil. When it boils, turn it off, wipe it through a strainer and dilute 1/2 liter of boiling water. It should be served with crispy aromatic croutons, which can be prepared by frying black bread in a frying pan.
