Set aside three crab sticks, and the rest will be crushed in a blender or passed through a meat grinder. Add eggs and melted cheese grated on a medium grater to them, squeeze out garlic and mix with mayonnaise and chopped herbs. Our salad is ready. Now we take the peppers, remove the core from them in advance and begin to fill with our salad, placing one crab stick inside. Try to place it in the center, filling the space around it with lettuce. Stuffed peppers should be put in the refrigerator for a couple of hours. We will serve the peppers sliced into thin rings. The thickness of the rings should be about one and a half centimeters.
