Simple Cooking Recipe, pickle with chicken, which can be cooked on normal days for intimate family dinners. It takes very little time to cook, because the giblets are cooked quickly enough. And the food as a result turns out very tasty, with a pleasant sourness, which, in fact, distinguishes pickles from other soups.

& nbsp; Chicken giblets are thoroughly washed under running water, cut into small pieces and placed in a saucepan with boiling water (about one and a half liters). Cook until the chicken insides are completely ready. It will take about forty minutes. Please note that this recipe does not use potatoes, we put chopped roots, carrots and well-washed rice in the pan.

Rice should still be half-cooked when onions and leeks, finely chopped, are sent to the pan. Salt, pepper and put the bay leaf, cook the rice. At this time, the peeled cucumbers are cut into cubes and put in oil for ten minutes. Cucumbers put in a pickle and keep on fire for another three minutes. Only after that we put garlic and chopped herbs in a saucepan, ground with salt. The finished soup, as usual, is filled with sour cream.
