I really liked the recipe for salad with shrimp, it really turns out to be a delicious and delicious snack. This food will appeal to lovers of seafood and unusual salads. We put the washed potatoes and carrots to cook, meanwhile, marinate the shrimp in salad dressing and wash the cucumbers, tomatoes, lettuce leaves. The recipe offered several options for dressing: mayonnaise, vegetable or olive oil. I like mayonnaise better, that's why I marinate shrimp in it. Then I peel the cooled vegetables, cut them into cubes. Cucumbers and tomatoes are also cut into cubes. I put lettuce leaves on the bottom of the bowl, shrimp on top. And around the seafood around the perimeter of the dish, I stack potatoes, carrots, cucumbers, tomatoes, green peas with cute "islands". It is necessary to season all the components with a little salad dressing in advance. On top, you can pour a mixture of tomato puree (ketchup) and mayonnaise over the shrimp.
