Homemade Pickle

Let's start cooking the pickle. Cut the meat into small pieces. Fill with water and cook for 1 hour. Wash the pearl barley, add and cook for 30-40 minutes.
Peel the potatoes, cut into cubes or cubes and add to the broth with pearl barley, cook for another 10 minutes.
Finely chop the onion, three carrots on a grater, cut the cucumbers into strips.
Stew cucumbers separately in a frying pan, adding a little broth. Fry the onion in vegetable oil, add carrots.
Add cucumbers to boiling broth, followed by carrots and onions.
Also add cucumber pickle, bay leaf, parsley root and pepper.
Try for salt, if you need to add salt and cook for another 5 minutes.
Pouring into portions, fill the pickle with sour cream and sprinkle with chopped herbs.
The pickle is served in a deep dish with fresh crusty bread, puff pastry or pies.
