Risotto with cuttlefish ink

Cooking method

Cooking time: 1 h
Take a saucepan with a thick bottom, the one in which the food does not burn.
Heat the olive oil in it, fry the onion, diced finely, until transparent.
Add the seafood and bring it to golden brown along with the onion.
Add the rice and fry until the rice is transparent. The oil will be absorbed into it, the rice will become so slightly golden.
Pour   white wine, add fire, let the wine evaporate. Then turn down the heat.
Add cuttlefish ink and mix.
Pour in the hot fish broth so that it is at a height of 1 cm above the rice. And cook until tender, stirring from time to time and adding hot broth.
Everything, your risotto with cuttlefish ink is ready. It should not turn out to be liquid!
