Cooking method
Place a small saucepan or a heat-resistant bowl on the stove, in a water bath. Break the chocolate bars and melt them. Add cream, zest, coffee and liqueur and stir well.
Fondue is served hot on the table. You can dip cookies, donuts, various fruits in it.
