Fruit Salad with Mayonnaise and Garlic

An intriguing combination of fruit with mayonnaise and garlic. I made this salad last year while on vacation in Sochi. I ordered it at a café there and was blown away by the taste. It only seems at first that fruit, mayonnaise, and garlic don't go together — in reality, it makes for a truly wonderful medley of flavor.

  • This salad pairs perfectly with white wine. Thanks to its unusual, piquant flavor, it can also be served as an appetizer.
