Step 1:
Prepare the products. Wash the fruit and salad.
Step 2:
Cut the cherry in half, remove the bones. Peel the oranges, cut out the slices with a thin knife, freeing them from the membranes.
Step 3:
Put arugula leaf, orange slices, cherries and cheese on a dish.
Step 4:
Prepare the dressing by mixing orange and lemon juice in a bowl, add a little salt, stir, pour in the oil and stir again. Sprinkle the salad dressing, do not mix, lightly pepper.
Step 5:
Sprinkle pine nuts on top / if desired, nuts can be lightly fried in a dry pan, I like them raw /. Pine nuts can be replaced with sesame seeds, but the taste will be different.
Step 6:
Salad is more beautiful to cook and serve in portions. Serve immediately, but it's okay if it stays in the refrigerator for a while. Bon appetit !
Depending on the season, cherries can be replaced with grapes. You can add finely chopped sweet, red / Yalta / onion and pomegranate seeds - it will also be delicious and beautiful.
